It is proudly produced in the USA – made from Floridian sugar cane, conceived in California, and bottled in Minnesota.

Our Floridian sugar cane is gathered annually, during the Spring. It is cut, washed and crushed, then the extracted juice is boiled. Grade A sugar is sent to market – what’s left behind is the molasses that will form Symphony No 3 Rum.
Our Aged Rum is left in French Oak barrels for at least three years – this produces the typical tobacco and chocolate notes that are very apparent
Prior to bottling, our Aged Rum is transferred to ex-American Rye barrels, and turned periodically, for a month, enveloping the spirit in the dry, sharp flavors of the whiskey.
