Elevated beyond typical white rum, Symphony No.3 is so smooth that it can be enjoyed neat or over ice, unadulterated from any other flavor. Distilled in a potstill from molasses produced from Floridian sugar cane. Final Spirit is bottled at 40% abv. Free of any additives or artificial colors.
