METHOD

Muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup and lime juice in a shaker. Add Symphony No.3 aged rum, Dashfire bitters and ice. Shake until well chilled. Double strain into a couple glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with mint sprig & dehydrated lime

  • 2oz Symphony No.3 Aged Rum
  • 2oz of Prosecco
  • 1oz Simple Syrup
  • 1oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 2 Dashes of Dashfire Bitters
  • 6 Whole Mint Leaves
